1Delete data on your device Live now

Everything you track today — INR, blood pressure, and sugar readings, your medication list and adherence ticks, symptom diary entries, GTN counts, and your smoke-free streak — is stored only in the app's local storage on your own device. We hold no copy of it ourselves.

If you'd like a copy before deleting anything, use Export my data inside the app first — it saves a file you keep. Then, to permanently erase everything:

• Uninstall the app from your home screen or app drawer, or
• Clear site data manually — in Chrome: Settings → Site settings → find app.ahmedzainsubhani.com → Clear & reset.

Either action permanently deletes all locally stored readings, medicines, and symptom history on that device. If you use CardioRehab PK on more than one device or browser, repeat this on each one — nothing is shared between devices until cloud sync launches.

Push reminder tokens: if you enabled reminders, a push notification token (a device identifier — never any health data) and your reminder clock-times are stored so reminders can reach a closed app. Turning notifications off for this site, clearing site data, or uninstalling the app invalidates the token, and invalid tokens are deleted automatically from our systems. یاد دہانیاں بند کرنے، سائٹ ڈیٹا صاف کرنے یا ایپ ہٹانے پر پش ٹوکن خود بخود ختم اور حذف ہو جاتا ہے — اس میں کبھی کوئی طبی معلومات شامل نہیں ہوتی۔

2Delete a clinic-held record Live now

Separately from the app itself, Dr. Zain's practice may hold a record for you if you've been seen at Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) or an affiliated clinic, if a prescription was issued to you, or if you booked a consultation by WhatsApp. This is standard clinic record-keeping, independent of what's stored on your device.

To request deletion of this record:

1. Email submedic@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data."
2. Include your name, and your MRN number if you have one, so we can find your record. You can also message the same request via WhatsApp to +92 335 1115330.
3. We'll verify the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

3Delete your cloud account & data Live now

If you signed in with Google to sync your data, open the app's Recovery screen, tap Account & Sync, then Delete my account & data. This immediately and permanently removes your account and all synced readings, medicines, appointments and symptoms from our servers. It cannot be undone. Afterwards you choose whether to also clear the copy still held on your device — either way the app keeps working without an account. If you never signed in, there is no cloud account to delete and Section 1 already covers everything on your device.

Until that ships, there is no cloud account or server-side copy of your health data to delete — see Section 1 for what's stored on your device today, and Section 2 for clinic-held records.

4What we might retain, and why

Requesting deletion removes your data from active use as quickly as we reasonably can. A limited amount of information may still be kept for a period afterward where:

• Medical record-keeping norms or applicable healthcare regulations require it, to protect the continuity and integrity of your care.
• We're legally required to retain it for a defined period (for example, accounting or dispute-resolution records, once in-app payments are live).

Anything retained under these limited circumstances is kept securely and is never used for any other purpose.
